Nephews respects your privacy and keeps this simple.

What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, country and whatever you tell us about your project. We also collect basic, anonymised website analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type.

Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to have a conversation about working together, and to understand how the site is used. Nothing else.

What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails unless you have specifically asked for them. We do not use tracking for advertising purposes.

Who can see it
Only Nephews. Enquiries reach Benjamin Besselsen directly. Where we use standard service providers for email and website hosting, they process data on our behalf under their own data protection obligations.

How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as there is a live or potential working relationship, and no longer than three years after our last contact. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email benjamin@nephews.eu and we will action it within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary for the site to function, plus basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.

Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear here with a revised date.
